Oakmark Funds elects new independent chair

The Oakmark Funds board has elected a new independent chairman to succeed Allan Reich when he retires at year-end. Reich's retirement is in line with the board's policy, which requires directors to step off at age 72, and will wrap up 27 years of service on the Oakmark Funds board.
