Plaintiffs drop Pru 36(b) suit, no settlement

Plaintiffs in an excessive fees case brought against Prudential Investments in 2015 have dismissed the action after reviewing board materials during discovery. The suit was dismissed Feb. 1 with prejudice, and no settlement was involved.
