PIMCO Funds' LID to retire in early '17

PIMCO Funds' first-ever lead independent director will retire at the board's meeting in February. Philip Cannon, 76, was named LID earlier this year as part of a larger effort to improve fund governance. The board is chaired by PIMCO Managing Director Brent Harris.
