Invesco Funds board moves closer to gender parity

The Invesco Funds board has nominated four individuals—three of them women—to serve as independent directors as it continues succession planning amidst yearly retirements. Provided the four are approved by shareholders in March, about one-third of the independent directors on the Invesco Funds board will be female—considerably higher than the industry average.
