Hartford Funds board adds two from Lattice Strategies

The Hartford Funds board has grown by two members after merging the Lattice Strategies exchange-traded funds board. Hartford acquired Lattice and its family of smart-beta ETFs last year, a move that marked Hartford's expansion into ETFs.
