FMI Funds to add two independents to board

FMI Funds is asking shareholders to approve two new independent directors, a move that would enlarge the fund board to six independents and three interested directors. The nominees—Robert Veneble and Lawrence Burnett—were selected for their professional experience and skills they will bring to the table.
