Eaton Vance's Verni to step down as chair, remain on board

Eaton Vance Funds Chairman Ralph Verni will step down at the end of next month, and a source familiar with the board said he will be replaced by Audit Committee Chair William Park. Verni will remain on the board for another year until he hits the mandatory retirement age of 74.
