Eaton Vance Funds board adds independent

A new independent director has joined the Eaton Vance Funds board ahead of the expected retirement next month of long-serving independent—and former chairman—William Park. The new addition will keep the board at 10 independent directors and one interested, though another long-serving member hits the mandatory retirement age this year.
