American Century replaces Myron Scholes, adds new director

American Century Investments' Mountain View funds board has nominated two individuals to fill a seat vacated by Nobel Prize-winning economist Myron Scholes in 2014 and a newly created seat. The nominations of Anne Casscells and Jonathan Levin will be voted on by shareholders on June 13.
