Plaintiffs appeal AXA ruling

Plaintiffs in the Sivolella v. AXA Equitable Life Insurance Co. excessive fees case have appealed a New Jersey District Court judge's August ruling in favor of the defendant. Grounds for the appeal, which was expected, have not been disclosed.
