Perez updates House Dems on fiduciary rule

Labor Secretary Thomas Perez updated House Democrats on Wednesday on progress of the department's controversial fiduciary rule. The rule has generated almost unanimous opposition from Republicans, and nearly 100 House Democrats also have expressed misgivings about parts of the regulation.
