Wyatt named director of SEC's OCIE

The Securities and Exchange Commission has named Marc Wyatt director of the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations and leader of its National Exam Program. Wyatt previously was OCIE’s deputy director and has been acting director since April, following the departure of former director Andrew Bowden. Read the original release from the SEC
