PIMCO to Gross: Suit 'groundless,' 'sad postscript'

November 10, 2015

By The Wall Street Journal

PIMCO has asked a California court to throw out the civil suit filed in October by firm co-founder and former CIO Bill Gross. The PIMCO filing says the breach-of-contract lawsuit is "legally groundless" and a "sad postscript" to a storied career. Further, the filing says it is based on a "jumbled set of contract theories" and reads "more like a screenplay than a court pleading." Read the original story from The Wall Street Journal.
