Retirement to hit PIMCO CEFs in June

The boards overseeing PIMCO's 30 closed-end funds will have an empty seat around the table in a few months' time, following Joseph Kittredge's scheduled retirement. His departure will leave the board with six independent and two interested directors, all of whom are nominated for re-election by shareholders in April.
