IDC developing program for new directors

Independent Directors Council will launch a new director orientation program later this year, one that will include in-person, e-learning and written material modules. The program will build on what IDC has offered to member boards for years and augment individual boards' onboarding programs, according to IDC Managing Director Amy Lancellotta (pictured).
