Investor pushes Facebook board for risk oversight committee

Trillium Asset Management has asked Facebook's board of directors to establish a risk-oversight board committee. In an April letter to shareholders, Trillium urged investors to vote for the shareholder proposal in Facebook's 2018 proxy statement that asks the social media company's board to issue a report discussing he merits of establishing such a committee.
