'Liquidity trap' worries bond market

Bond market participants are worried in the face of Third Avenue Management's halt of redemptions last week, a continued oil price rout, and the apparent readiness of the Federal Reserve to raise rates. Goldman Sachs put out a note Friday warning Franklin Resources “is most at risk” given the large high-yield holdings of its funds, poor performance and large outflows.
