Lawsuits may be next for DoL fiduciary rule

All has been quiet in the courts with regard to the Department of Labor's new fiduciary rule. However, the Insured Retirement Institute, American Council of Life Insurers and U.S. Chamber of Commerce indicated Monday they're still reviewing the 1,023-page regulation and haven't made a decision on whether to take legal action.
