Bond fund of 'fallen angels' having a good year

The VanEck Vectors Fallen Angel High Yield Bond ETF, which tracks the Bank of America Merrill Lynch US Fallen Angel High Yield Index, is up more than 22% year to date. Fran Rodilosso, portfolio manager of the $372 million fund, attributes this performance to several factors.
