Three directors on Twitter's board reportedly are preparing to step down. The eight-member board's three Peters—Peter Fenton, Peter Currie and Peter Chernin—plan to leave in coming months, and the company's leaders reportedly are planning to fill the soon-to-be empty seats with women and people of color; the board currently has only one woman director.
