Turner Investments announces merger, fund board nominees

Berwyn, Pa.-based Turner Investments has announced a merger with an affiliate of Veracen, LP. In conjunction with the merger, the Turner Funds board has approved a new investment advisory agreement and nominated five individuals to serve as independent directors: David Adcock, David Gilbert, Peri Wallace Higgins, Richard Miles, and William Moran.
