Touchstone to acquire Sentinel's fund business

Touchstone Investments has agreed to acquire Sentinel Asset Management's mutual fund business. The acquisition is expected to increase Touchstone’s assets under management to $20 billion. The deal is expected to close later this year. Read the announcement from the two companies.
