SEC's Nash to leave IM Division

Susan Nash, associate director in the Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Investment Management, will leave the agency at the end of this month. Nash played an instrumental role in many of the SEC’s disclosure policy initiatives for mutual funds and other investment companies, and most recently played a leadership role in the SEC staff’s active engagement with the Financial Stability Oversight Council in the analysis of potential financial stability risks posed by asset management activities and products.
