Supreme Court will not review Northstar Case

The Supreme Court will not review the Northstar Financial Advisors Inc. v. Schwab Investments case. By denying the cert petition filed by Schwab, the Supreme Court lets stand the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals' decision to allow fund boards to be sued directly by shareholders for breach of contract.
