SEC to discuss reporting modernization rule tomorrow

The Securities and Exchange Commission will hold a so-called Sunshine Act meeting on Wednesday, March 14, at 10:30 a.m. at its headquarters. The meeting will be open to the public, and subjects to be discussed include "whether to propose amendments to Form N-PORT and Form N-1A related to disclosures of liquidity risk management for open end management investment companies."
