Starbucks board now one-quarter female

The Starbucks board of directors has become one-quarter female with the appointment of Mary Dillon, CEO of Ulta Beauty, as an independent director. Dillon replaces retiring long-time director Olden Lee and will serve on the board's Compensation and Management Development Committee.
