ProShares still eyeing managed futures ETFs success

ProShares is making a second attempt at success in the managed futures exchange-traded funds business, despite poor flows into the products in 2015. "Managed futures strategies have the potential to deliver positive returns in both rising and falling markets," said ProShares Advisors' CEO Michael L. Sapir, in a recent statement announcing the launch of the new ProShares Managed Futures Strategy ETF.
