Pershing Square Capital Management has nominated three directors, including its CEO Bill Ackman, to Automatic Data Processing's board. In addition to Ackman, Pershing Square has nominated Veronica Hagen, the retired CEO of Polymer Group, and Paul Unruh, a retired executive of Bechtel Group.
