OppenheimerFunds NY board adds independent

OppenheimerFunds' New York board has named Beth Brown to its board, effective Jan. 1. She is an independent consultant and serves as an advisor on the Board of Advisors for Caron Engineering. Brown previously was head of intermediary distribution for Columbia Management in Boston.
