Manning & Napier CEO resigns

Manning & Napier CEO Patrick Cunningham has resigned. The 60-year-old retired “due to personal reasons unassociated with his role,” the company said. Firm co-founder William Manning, 79, will take the title of CEO and an operating committee of senior managers will “hold responsibility for the functions of the office of the CEO.” Read the original story from Barron's.
