ISS starts policy consults

Proxy advisory firm ISS has begun its annual policy consultations, requesting feedback on 16 proposed proxy voting policy changes including new guidelines on director overboarding in the United States. ISS, which is accepting comment until Nov. 9 on the proposed changes, is considering changes to voting guidelines on director overboarding to recommend votes against, or withheld, for directors who sit on more than four or five public company boards other than their own.
