Gross to move forward with PIMCO suit

A California state judge has cleared a path for Bill Gross’s lawsuit against PIMCO, which had asked that the breach-of-contract suit be dismissed. Judge Martha K. Gooding said Gross provided enough facts to go to court. In an email, PIMCO lawyer David Boies said: “PIMCO is confident that it will prevail when the parties present their evidence to the court.” Read the original story from The Wall Street Journal.
