Franklin reveals LibertyQ ETF fees

Franklin Templeton Investments unveiled fees for its forthcoming smart-beta LibertyQ exchange-traded funds. Three of the ETFs will use factor-based methodologies that screen stocks for quality, value, momentum and low volatility, while the fourth will be currency-hedged.
