El-Erian: Don't rule out Fed rate hike this year

Mohamed El-Erian, chief economic adviser at Allianz SE, is not convinced there will be not interest rate increase from the Federal Reserve this year. He suggests "it would be premature to entirely rule out action by the Fed in December, let alone predict it would be postponed until March of next year."
