Dodge & Cox adds econ professor to fund board

Dodge & Cox has named Caroline Hoxby as a new independent trustee to the Dodge & Cox Funds board. Hoxby is the Scott and Donya Bommer Professor of Economics at Stanford University and previously was an economics professor at Harvard University. Hoxby joins six independent and two interested trustees on the board, which is chaired by interested director Charles Pohl. Read announcement from Dodge & Cox
