Grow the economy 4%? Bogle doesn't think so

Vanguard Group founder Jack Bogle has joined a long list of economist who do not believe President Donald Trump can achieve the 4% economic growth he said he would during the election campaign. “Anybody who wants to make the economy grow at 4% a year in real terms has a big job to do," Bogle said during an interview with BBC Radio 5.
