BlackRock closed-end funds board retires two

BlackRock has announced the Dec. 31 retirements of independent directors Kathleen Feldstein and James Flynn from its closed-end funds board. The vacant seats will be filled by Cynthia Egan on April 1, and Catherine Lynch on July 1. Read the full release from BlackRock.
