Bill Miller has completed the acquisition of Legg Mason's stake in his investment advisory company, LMM LLC. Miller, former CIO and portfolio manager at the Baltimore asset manager, founded LMM LLC in 1999. The firm provides investment management services for Miller's Legg Mason Opportunity Trust and Miller Income Opportunity Trust, which have been renamed Miller Opportunity Trust and Miller Income Fund, respectively.
