Apple names former Boeing CFO to board

Apple has named Boeing's former chief financial officer, James Bell, to its board of directors. Bell was at Boeing for 38 years and during his time there also services as corporate president and interim CEO. Bell will be the only African-American person on Apple's eight-member board, which includes two women. He also sits on the boards of JP Morgan Chase and Dow Chemical Company.
