Ropes & Gray has named 12 new partners, including Amy Roy in its Boston office. Roy represents financial services firms, including investment advisers and mutual funds, and other clients in securities litigation and other business disputes. She focuses her practice on the investment management industry and has experience in litigating excessive fee claims, alleged prospectus violations and subprime-related losses.
