This time of year normally brings change to mutual fund boardrooms around the country, and 2023 is no different. We're keeping readers abreast of who's joining boards and which boards are looking to fill empty seats. And, whenever we can, we provide the "why" behind the decisions that are made. This, we believe, helps our readers—other boards—make their own decisions in a more informed way.

Recently, we've brought you news of happenings inside the boardrooms of Advisors Series Trust, SunAmerica Series Trust and Seasons Series Trust, Principal Funds, and TIAA-CREF Funds. If you've missed any, now's the time to catch up—just click the hyperlink to get directly to the story on our site.

Don't forget to reach out to me (hillary.jackson@fundboardviews.com) if you've got a topic you'd like to write about for our Viewpoints section. We're always looking for new voices and new points of view—and we love to hear from you!

For now,
