Corporate governance enjoying 'moment in the sun'

In a commentary in the U.K.'s Telegraph newspaper, Ian McVeigh, head of governance at Jupiter Asset Management, discusses the high profile enjoyed by corporate governance since the financial crisis and, more recently, amidst the problems at VW. "As for you, the investor, it is impossible to overstate the importance of doing your best to make sure that the board is competent, organized and looking after the interests of all the shareholders at all times," he states.
