Vanguard to reimburse clients after website outage

Vanguard Group will reimburse commissions charged on some trades done during a recent website outage. The Feb. 17 outage left many clients unable to log on to their accounts for part of the trading session. The firm has apologized to customers for the “frustrating experience” and said it “missed the mark” on customer service that day. Read the original story from The Wall Street Journal.
