Mr. Scaramucci is not going to Washington

Anthony Scaramucci’s move from Wall Street to Washington has become unlikely after the Trump administration communications job he was offered in January was handed to someone else. The role of Director for the Office of Public Liaison was given to George Sifakis, formerly a member of President Donald Trump’s transition team and founder of Ideagen, an information-management company. Scaramucci accepted the job two months ago but hadn’t been sworn in while he waited for the sale of his hedge fund firm, SkyBridge Capital, to be completed.
