PIMCO reduces risk

PIMCO has reduced the risk in its portfolios in recent months. While portfolio managers don’t see any immediate reason for markets to take a nose dive, they highlight a number of potential pitfalls over the medium term—including the removal of the massive central bank stimulus that has buoyed asset prices in recent years and China’s slowing economy.
