The Securities and Exchange Commission has appointed William Duhnke as chairman and Robert Brown, Kathleen Hamm, James Kaiser, and Duane DesParte as board members of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Duhnke is currently the staff director and general counsel to the Senate Committee on Rules and Administration. Read the announcement from the SEC.
