Old Mutual says 'no decision' on strategic review

Old Mutual said on Monday it had made “no decision” on its strategic review, after news reports over the weekend that it was considering splitting into four parts. London-based Old Mutual announced in November that it would conduct a strategic review of its operations after Bruce Hemphill joined the company as chief executive. “We can confirm that all options for the strategic review are being considered, but no decision has yet been made,” Old Mutual said in a news release.
