Wells Fargo Vice Chair Elizabeth Duke expected to take top spot

Wells Fargo Vice Chairman Elizabeth Duke is likely to replace Stephen Sanger as chairman once he leaves the board, according to people familiar with the matter. Sanger’s tenure on the board is expected to end at Wells Fargo's annual meeting next spring, when he will have reached the mandatory retirement age of 72.
