Capital Group prohibits employees from ICO investments

Capital Group has barred its associates from investing in initial coin offerings. The firm outlined the policy in an updated code of ethics filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The code of ethics does not indicate whether Capital Group invests or plans to invest in ICOs on behalf of its clients, the it suggests that employees' investing in token sales could create a conflict of interest, implying that the firm might consider making such investments.
