Mass gov talks boardroom gender parity

Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker said in a recent speech that male executives should expand their circles of friends to get more women into boardrooms. However, according to Malli Gero, co-founder of the Boston-based 2020 Women on Boards campaign, Baker failed to show enough support for a non-binding resolution recommending that corporate boards with at least nine members have a minimum of three women on them.
